Joe had serviced my heating system the past 2 years and has done a wonderful job. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly! He even took time to educate me on my oil boiler system. I’m now an Essig Service Plan member.

Terrible experience. Someone showed up within the time slot, wasn't friendly, didn't smile, didn't introduce himself or ask for my name. Spent an hour fussing around, nothing fixed, charged $350 for plunging the tub for 30 minutes. It was explained that there was rust in the pipes and it needed a bigger repair. They never called the home owner to tell what the cost was, just charged the card without authorization. Never called the home owner to follow up on any concerns that were brought up. Because things didn't change I called back and asked to send someone out again. They sent the same guy -duh, if I wasn't happy with him the first time why send him again. He did the same thing, but this time took more time to explain things afterwards, and said he home owner wouldn't be charged. They promised to send someone within a day or two, it's been two months and there's been no follow up. Extremely disappointed.
