Found the staff very knowledgeable, a little aloof, but friendly enough if treated well. They knew their business well and kept the terminal clean. It is an older building so it does not have a lot of bells and whistles. But video games, food and drink machines, pay phones and a dedicated taxi phone it does have.

I travel by bus a lot between states. This is the worst terminal that I have come across. Management is rude, staff is unprofessional and customer service is zero to none. Avoid Beiber tourway or find another terminal. This terminal is not worth it read less
