Do not ever entrust your fur babies to this business. Have heard her scold a dog for not going to the bathroom in 10 degree weather then heard the dog cry and yelp as she took it inside scolding it that it will stay in its crate. Do not support this business, please.

I used passion for pets recently and I was not impressed at all and Gail the groomer is just rude!!!!!!!!!! Don't waste your money...... If someone is promoting their business how can you be rude to your customers???? Customers come back because they are happy and treated well!!!!!!! I hope you think twice before you spend your money on a service with her....... Gail you should take some communication courses because you do not have it, learn how to talk to people!!!!!!!!! Save your money there are other mobile groomers out there that are pleasant and caring and understand how to talk to people, research you can find better!!!!!!!!! My dog deserve better than her

The Best Groomer I have ever found! I was very lucky to find Passion for Pets for my furry and best friend, our Schnauzer, Champ. Gail is such a talented groomer and very busy to say the least. I was able to get in due to a cancellation a few months ago, so needless to say, I booked in advance. Mobile Groomers are a Godsend! Car rides to the vet are a two person job as he gets very anxious in transit. Mobile groomers are the answer!

The last groomer I used was not dependable and when they did show up, the cut was average, nicked his moles and our baby was a tangled mess after a few weeks. Gail is meticulious with her cutting techniques and charts his moles, so that is not a problem. Champ looks great and I know he feels great too in Gail's hands. When she brings him in afterwards, he is just as happy and as proud as a pup can be! Gail has a natural talent and is so loving toward animals. If you're looking for a mobile groomer, call Passion for Pets!

I would not recommend this groomer she is rude to her paying customers!!!!!! I have never had some be so rude and pushy. I would save your money it is not worth the aggravation... My fur kids r my babies hence the reason I need a mobile groomer..... Both are anxious being left at a retail groomer. But Gail is very pushy on the rebooking but do to busy schedules we can not book 8-10 weeks out n my dogs r not long hair dogs I've always done 12 weeks, never had a complaint from my previous groomer just it was a pain to take them n pick up n my one dog is very bad in the car n the other gets car sick!!!!!! Gail would use the terms if u don't book now I won't have an appt for u I understand last minute but I usually knew 2 wks in advance but no she was rude about it!!!!! Not only to me but to other family members saying tell ur mom if she don't rebook now I will not groom your dogs.....so on that note I found another groomer who is totally professional n had no complains about rebooking by calling.... Save ur $$$ this woman is not worth it!!!!! What kind of business's person talks rudely n expects rebooking n referalls??? I will NEVER use her even if she's the last groomer on earth n I will tell everyone I know to not use her she is horrible!!!!!!!! Good luck if u do entrust this woman with ur fur babies if she's not nice to us how is she with the ones who can't talk...... Think about it

I have to comment on the outstanding service Gail provides. She pampered my spoiled shiba inu despite the fact that Zoey did her shiba scream while getting her bath. Frankie enjoyed every moment of his "spa" experience and left Gail's hands feeling like a new dog. Gail truly cares about what she does and loves animals. I refuse to take my fur kids to a groomer because Zoey is very sensitive. I know Gail provides a scrupulously clean mobile grooming service and I rest easy knowing my kids are in good hands. Plus she comes to your home so my dogs do not have to be caged during any part of the grooming experience. Frankie, Zoey and I give Gail a huge paws up!

I have 2 Australian Shepherds that need to be groomed every other month due to their long hair. Both dogs go crazy with excitement when they see Gail pull into my driveway for their appointments. They never have nicks or scratches when they are done. Gail has never been late for an appt and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer.

Passion for Pets is the best groomer I have ever used! Gail is a constant professional who loves our little girl dearly, a prize winning Shih Tzu. Never will I take her to a chain store groomer where she is caged and neglected, not to mention left to cage dry. Gail grooms with a loving touch and hand dries her completely. Our little girl looks great when Gail is finished and her mobile grooming operation is First Class! Gail is so efficient and comes right to the house, usually earlier than the appointed time. Our little girl is on a schedule with Gail so she always looks her best. I highly recommend Passion for Pets!

I don't usally write reviews, but I am writing this review because of my great experience with Gail. That Gail was the best groomer my dog ever had. She cares deeply for her pets and the grooming was always beautiful and Gail always did exactly what I asked in terms of length and style. My dog, Lily, would have bumps and rashes from every other groomer; however, with Gail, her skin was clear and rash free. Also my dog had a lot of moles because of her old age and her breed type. What really impressed me and kept me coming back to Gail time and time again was that once she finished her first grooming session with Lily, she showed me a chart where she had marked every mole on her body and knew from there on to be careful around those spots. Because of Gail's great and loving personality, she had no problem making Lily feels comforable . I recommend Gail's service to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best grooming service avaliable for their pet.

I don't typically write reviews, but this Is the best groomers my dog has ever been to! I have lived in nine different states, and been to many different groomers through the years, but the care and kindness and expertise I experienced here with owner Gail Dilger is the best yet!! I only wish she could do my hair :). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I used Passion for Pets and it was amazing! I thought groomer was extremely personal. I am going to recommend Gail to all of my friends and family. My pet loved her too. It was a true spa experience for my dog.

This is absolutely the BEST mobile grooming spa around. They offer bio-degradable products & many services that other competitors do not. Massage, dental, petsitting & many other extras.
