The truck broke down three times. We were on the side of the road all day and didn't get our stuff where it needed to be. They only refunded is part of the amount we paid. The trip from hell ended up costing us money!

Needed a one\way truck from IL to FL. Checked out several trucking frims and decided to give Penske a call. Very courteous and helpful. Tried to get me the best deal (and did surpass the others).

My son drove the truck and said it was better than he ever expected. Cruise Control, heat/air/radio/CD Player/comfortable seats. Got a lot better mileage than we had anticipated too.

At first I wasn't sure I liked the idea of having to have it for 5 days (one price no matter if its 3,4 or 5 days) but found that it did take a lot of pressure off of us and we did like that.

All of us agreed that we'd happily suggest people try Penske. Sure beats the others!
