In 1970, Earl and Mary Redner bought two small supermarkets near Reading, Pa., and started the first chain of employee-owned supermarkets in Pennsylvania. The stores were operated as IGA Food Stores franchises until 1979, when the company began operating its stores under the name Redner's Markets. Redner's Warehouse Markets is a branch of the chain of family-owned and operated supermarkets in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York. The company was one of the first supermarkets in Pennsylvania to have electronic scanners, a recycling program and in-store pharmacies. It operates more than 40 warehouse markets and offers a range of food and nonfood items. Its range of products includes bakery, dairy, deli products, floral goods and frozen foods. Its stores offer various grocery and meat products, with additional products including health and beauty aids, natural and organic goods, seafood and general merchandise. The store s deli department provides a salad bar and variety of appetizers and entrees for various occasions, including office parties, business meetings, picnics, family events and holiday gatherings.

Jeff Auchy is the worst Manager!!!!

I was there TODAY for a simple Western Union and a lovely Felicia instantly began to take care of me. The Western Union process was going smoothly until the machine froze at it's last stag. It was clear the Western Union machine had never froze before, and she was unaware of what to do. She apologized for the inconvenience and called for the manager. Jeff Aurchy arrived and instead of trying to resolve the issue advised her to contact another store. She Felicia contacted another store but they too could not help, she called for her manager again at this point, he returned and when hearing the other store could not help he told her to contact Western Union. Felicia contacted them as the manager stood by her with no help handy. Not once did he bother to look at me and apologize or try to explain the situation. Felicia was on hold for over 20min with System Union before the manager disappeared again. Western Union told her they would contact back but never did. At this point I asked if I could simply cancel this transaction but because the process went so far along there was no turning back. Felicia tried EVERYTHING she possibly could and was extremely polite. There was no progress with by situation after 45min so she contacted her manager once again. He returned and still with no explanations to me went about his business then finally after I called Western Union off of my cell phone requesting they contact the store back or cancel my transaction, they called the store and explained to him all he had to do was change the paper!!! An hour and 15 min after starting this whole process I was finally done! The entire time it was paper!!! No words said to me no explanation, nothing. Felicia finished up and handled it very professionally The whole point of this is that as a MANAGER you should handle ANY problem a worker is unable to resolve, as a MANAGER it

shouldn't take so many calls to get help, as a MANAGER you should always explain to the customer on what's going, as a manager you should know the simple things like changing the paper on the machine, as a MANAGER you should excel above other employees, Felicia outshined and picked up all his slack.

To prove all this I was at the Customer Service desk at 5:01 pm - 6:15 Friday April 24, 2015.

I hope they get rid of that Jeff Aurchy and a huge Thank You to Felicia!!
