The first time I took my car to Select Exhaust it was because I needed a new catalytic converter. I received excellent customer service and they did a great job.. even offered me a great price on parts and labor.

The second time, I heard a rattling and decided to take it there in case my muffler was about to fall off. They took my car right away, and even dropped me off at work since it was close by. Turns out, they don't just do muffler and exhaust work.. now they do a wide range of services. They checked out my whole car, as per my request, and they found that it was a rattling heat shield. They also took care of my headlight, shocks, serpentine belt, and oil change! Oh, and I signed up for their car care plan... good idea! You have to pay for the plan, but it definitely pays off! I saved so much money and would recommend them to anyone. They are honest people, do a good job and know what they are talking about. Best of all, they have competitive pricing - I am skeptical of most places, and as a female customer it's important to feel like you're not getting "ripped off."

In short, Select Exhaust is very accommodating, informative (they showed me the parts after they took them off!) and honest. If you don't believe me, go there once and see for yourself!

My muffler had recently come loose where it connects to the catalytic converter and I wanted to take care of it on Saturday. I drove to several locations in the area and everyone said that they either didnt have the part or it would take several days on the lift. I used Select Exhuast before and I called late in the afternoon I thought I would get an answering machine. Mason answered and said to bring it on in; even though he was closed for the day. I sat in the office and watched golf as Mason not only fixed it but had it done in what felt like a matter of minutes. Its nice to see a small business that took the time to go the extra mile. I felt that it was my obligation to write this considering that not only did they save me money but time as well. I told several of my friends about my experience and the proffesional way that I was treated. Thank You.
