They take forever in picking up there phone

Horrible time getting in touch with them. They actually dismissed me as a patient because I left negative feedback on google. Haha This place is petty and unprofessional.

Dr. Sotomayer is a great doctor who has a ever-growing bi-lingual practice. She is a doctor who cares about all her patients, rich and poor alike. I have known her for 23 years. She has a great reputation in the community and she doesn't overbook her appointments so you have to sit in her waiting room for hours on end. I seldom have to wait more than 15 minutes! Dr. Sotomayer is one of the few area doctors who take patients on Medical Assistance or on the various HMOs that insure low-income individuals and families. One can make an appointment with her and not have to feel like he is just a number in a sea of patients.
