I have been a regular customer at this service station for many years. Until several years ago I lived just up the street and purchased most of our gas and many of our last-minute needed supplies there. Last night I had to meet my wife to have dinner with friends and I left my vehicle at the service station. Several hours later we returned and I picked up the vehicle, which had a $60 fine on the windshield from the Reading police, called in by the attendant inside. I went inside to ask him about the ticket. I never raised my voice, threatened or argued. He refused to give me any contact information for a manager and threatened to call the police. That same evening when I got home, I had lost my wallet and returned to the store to see if I had dropped it while I was there. As soon as I walked in the door, he threatened to call the police again. I calmly explained to him and the other two attendants behind the counter that I had lost my wallet and wondered if they had seen it. I have never been treated so rudely by service staff in my life.
