DO NOT USE!!! Like so many others, they left me in the lurch. I had tried to cancel my pick-up a week prior to the date and was told there were no refunds so I asked them to come get me on the scheduled date. They left me hanging at 3AM, telling me to call a cab instead. They never refunded my money and would not return calls. What a scam!!! To have a business where you take people's money and not provide the goods and get away with it again and again. . . I believe this is fraudulent and their license should be revoked. I would give them no stars at all!!!

DO NOT USE. This is a scam. They do not pick you up. They do not answer their phone. This company does not pick people up to take them to the airport. They leave you standing around waiting for a car that never comes. Even if you confirm the day before. Even if you pre-pay. DO NOT USE.

Had scheduled a pick up in Trenton, fees from Trenton to Reading are not listed on the website, when I made the reservation, I was not told the rate for the pick up, just for my credit card info. When I saw it was $200 for a pick up(way more than from Philly, even though virtually the same distance). I cancelled the reservation within 24hrs. I have texted, left message via phone, and sent emails. All without a response from Tina or Maddy. Even though their fare was comparable to others, the lack of customer service is appalling. I had used them I the past for myself and recommended them to my parents and didn't have a problem. I can't believe In service industry they don't care about customer service! Who cares about red ties and cute hates on your driver, I would rather them show up or pick up a phone to call! If I could give zero stars I would!

They did not show up as scheduled. I called to verify the appt several times. No call back, no answer. Poor service in my book...

I DID tell my best friend about The Reading Express Airport Shuttle! They are the only service I have used for years and the only one I will ever consider using. Maty is just so nice and easy to talk to and always able to accomodate me. She also got my son out of a jam when his ride to the airport fell through and I wasn't able to leave work. He was picked up and on his way in 15 minutes! This is a top-notch operation and I whole heartedly reccomend them to anyone!

To anyone thinking of using THE READING EXPRESS SHUTTLE SERVICE, to or from any of the Eastern PA airports; DO NOT USE IT. I had scheduled them to pick me up at 4 am on Friday to the Philly Airport and to bring me home yesterday afternoon and they never showed. Having previously used the service I had not foreseen any problems. However Friday morning rolled around and no one showed and then again yesterday. I have called and left multiple messages, but have heard nothing. Luckily I was able to find other transportation both times. The real kicker is that they also pre-charged my credit card. Service has gone down hill since I last used the service, to say the least.
