salesman was good but quality of vehicle was not what was advertised. They listed everything as excellent but the car showed lots of scratches, wear and tear etc inside and out. Does not look like it was even detailed...gum was in the window near the opening at bottom...how the detailer can miss that is beyond me..

Horrible Service. From the moment you call them to the unreturned calls, to the vague answers and sometimes the outright lies. Do not buy a car from this place.

Bought new 08 Lancer. Problems start here. Manual transmission, difficult to get into 1st and reverse. Told by service department that this is normal. Next, keyless entry and ignition fail to work. Call for service at 11:55am on a saturday and get told the sevice department closes at 12. No goodbye or try this number, i just got hung up on. A few days after the break down i get a phone call asking me to evaluate the service i recieved. Gave my honest opinion and said what service, there was none. So now for the kicker. This car is do for an oil change (under warrenty). Call for an appointment to get the car in for service and the service manager has the gall to ask me if i will give a better review this time. Good service gets a good review. Bad service gets a bad review. Thats why i took the time to send this bad review. Customer service at this dealership is no where to be found.
