have been a Ulta salon client for a few years. This is my second visit to this location. Sadly I might have to find a new salon in the area. My work is not flexible and I had one day that was allowed to fit in my desperately belated root touch up *bleach blonde*. My appt was confirmed for 2:45 at 3pm I asked and they said she was scheduled for 3pm *whoops*...I have patience. At 3:20 I asked again they called and *whoops* her schedule was really for 4pm. The Manager apologized and since I already invested time here I couldn't make a appointment at other salon. So here I am waiting an hour plus for a mistake that was fully on their end. I was not pleased with the customer service and this made me instantly regret being a bleach blonde.

This salon is equal to going to Walmart for a haircut. I'm so disappointed, I wanted long layers and I ended up with something that looks like she forgot to finish cutting it. It's terrible. I also asked for longer side swept bangs.... My bangs are now the length of my eyebrows!!! Guess I'll be wearing a headband for the next few months. Lesson learned... I'll never stray from my normal salon again!!!

My hair cut was horrible!!! She messed up my hair- the color look horrible my roots look like some one hit me over the head and I was bleeding I went in there looking young and came out looking like I was from the 80's LIZ you are from outlooks - She gave me an Outlook hair cut and charged me an BELL TOWER price-





Horrible horrible horrible - I had to go to Tree Salon to get my hair fix!!!!! and it was less them what I had to pay for at your place and much better service -



Liz you need to go back to Outlooks where you belong.





I hate this place and will never shop there and will tell everyone about it!!!!!
