My daughter fell in love with a Yorkie at this pet store that had been in his cage for 4 months. No small dogs available at the local shelter. She was told the breeder was licensed and not a puppy mill. Just because a breeder is licensed does not mean they're not a puppy mill. We Googled the breeder's name and we found, to our dismay, a lot of upsetting information about the breeder. Our dog's breeder is Joann Nelson. We have other rescues in our home. The dog my daughter adopted from this pet store is afraid to go through doorways, will not do steps, does not like to be held, freaks out on a leash... he clearly has not had any affection during his 4 months in the cage at the store. We certainly will not give up on him, but we have our work cut out for us on helping this dog understand what love is. Don't shop. Adopt.

It's horrible to think people are still purchasing puppies from pet stores at the day and age! Opt to adopt a shelter dog instead of supporting puppy mills!

They keep there dogs in single cages all day and people wonder why the dogs are mean when they bring them home? Dogs by nature need to play and they surely aren't getting the care they need here. I would not recommend buying a dog from this or any organization with the same care setup
