Group C Media was established in 1969 as American Industrial Properties Report, which became Business Facilities in 1983. As an offshoot of BF, Group C founded Today's Facility Manager in 1988. In 1998, the company founded the TFM Show, an annual trade show and conference covering all aspects of facility management. It is one of the top facility management shows in the United States. In January 2001, the company launched FacilityCity.com that brings together Group C's Web sites into one community of sites. It focuses on key business phases and provides access to information and resources on relocation and expansion, project management and facility operations. In October 2006, Today's Facility Manager launched the TFM Forum, a free event for facility executives that are responsible for choosing facility management solutions for a facility.
