Provided by YP.comI took a weekend class in August 2013 with George and had a fantastic time. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very funny. I learned so much in such a short amount of time and had a great time doing it. We received a lot of hands on practice and also got some one-on-one work if we needed it. I highly recommend this course!

Provided by YP.comI took the night classes back at the beginning of January with George. He was extremely knowledgable, with decades of experiences. It was a ton of fun and an unforgettable learning experience. I encourage anyone to take the course that is willing to put in the work!

Provided by YP.comI just took classes here with George in December and it was great! I learned a ton, it was fun, reasonably priced and I am on my 3rd interview with a local restaurant. Highly recommended!
