GREAT SERVICE better than Uber who does NOT vet their drivers: I called up for pick up and they showed up in 5 min, Red Bank to Rumson $16 as opposed to UBER $30. No tracking, tracing or Credit Card needed. Good old fashioned service. Thank you

Worst taxi company ever. They have no caller I'd so if the driver is lost they will just go on another call and won't call you back or anything. Who doesn't have caller id seriously?! I get picked up from school all the time by other taxi companies all the time and I tell them the buildng, but these people wan to know the lot number which isn't clearly labeled anywhere in the parking lot especially at night, and there's signs everywhere pointing to the buildings so what's the problem? Your drivers can't read signs either? One driver tried to tell me the fair was more, like a lot more which is common practice I hear from others that take the service so they also lie and steal. Some of them don't drive safe at all, and a lot of the guys are creepy and probably racist cause I've heard this hate talk radio in a couple of their cars which I had to ask them to turn off. Why would you be playing political propaganda in a taxi on the radio. Music bro that's it. Not everyone in jersey is a right wing hate monger. Don't get me wrong there's some drivers that are really nice there but the company as a whole is awful and very unprofessional.

bad drivers, horrible dispatchers .. they make you share a cab with other people even when those people aren't going your way ... they lie about how long it will take for the cab to arrive ... you need a gas mask to breathe in the the cabs ...

Half the people that work for Yellow Car are convicted felons. If you need drugs, chances are one of their cab drivers is selling whatever you need.

I work in Manhattan and live in Hazlet. I recently overslept on the train while coming home. I woke up in Red Bank. Rather than take a northbound train back to my station, I decided to use Yellow Car. Big mistake. I walked into this company's tiny office at the Red Bank train station. The dispatcher and an office worker were smoking cigarettes and arguing with an off-duty driver. They both acted like they were doing me a favor by getting a cab for me. When the cab finally did arrive, I had to share that cab with two Mexicans who were going someplace in Middletown. Our driver was obese and insisted on eating 2 Big Macs while he drove us. The car reeked of body odor, cigarette smoke and special sauce. I will never use this company again.

Dispatcher/phone operators are rude and constantly hang up on customers when they are busy. The cars aren't maintained and often smell of smoke. The drivers aren't bad and usually know where there going. Cheap rates reflect the service.... good luck.

service was good until had some creepy driver named jason who even after being asked to stop kept hitting on my girlfriend right in front of me was very creepy and inappropriate!

We have used this Taxi in the past with no issues. Recent calls to them however have been answered by a rude and unfriendly dispatcher. In the past we avoided other taxis in support of this local business, but now i tend to grab other taxis if available to avoid speaking to the dispatcher here.

Clean cars , great service, no meters, you know what the fare is when you get in the Taxi. Cheap for a heavily trafficed area.
