As a solution-focused therapist my goal is to help you rediscover your true self while empowering you to reach your personal goals and dreams. No one should ever feel trapped or stuck in a situation. My philosophy is that we can always find a solution to to move forward to a brighter and richer path with motivation and help. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in our life. By building skills to assist with current life stressors while understanding deep rooted problem areas, we can rework behavioral patterns to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
