I had the displeasure of working for this company for two full years. Some of the highlights include, never being properly trained (same as everyone else who was hired after me), and what little training I was informed of, I quickly found out these were mere guidelines and we were in the business of cutting as many corners as possible. Sean, the president and son of the founder was constantly stealing hours from employees by having you work overtime and never paying you for it, instead using an "hours in the bank" system only he kept and constantly fabricated to benefit himself and company. The president of the company is a delusional and awkward snake that would routinely send employees out on residential jobs telling customers the work would be between X and XXX amount of dollars and leaving it up to us to explain every time it was always the top dollar amount regardless of whatever lies he told them to get us into their home and to do the work. The icing on the cake in the two years there would easily be when he asked me to pay back a years worth of bonuses I had earned because he wasn't payed on a bad business deal he had made. When I informed him I would never give money back to an employer I had earned I was fired from my job. The real kicker was the weasel had the audacity to lie to the unemployment office and say I randomly quit on a Friday afternoon out of the blue, but luckily the people at unemployment are smarter than that and able to see through probably the dumbest lie they have ever heard. All in all if you want your couch to look 5% better for an absurdly high price, I would suggest using this company but only if you want to be on their maintenance program and need touch ups every 3-5 months because their products do not last and their service is inherently worse.
