DO NOT GO HERE!!!



We switched from Lassen Medical because of billing issues and though the billing was much better here, the service was absolutely terrible. On several occasions, where we had appointments, we waited for over an hour just to get into our room, when others in the waiting room who had no appointments were let in and released, then once we got into the room, waited more than 45 minutes, one time we left after being put in our room as two hours had passed by.



We stuck it out because we didn't want to go back to Lassen Medical, but when we arrived for our 1 year old sons annual shots, waited for 45 minutes to get in, just for them to say they did not have any of his shots, nor did they know when they would have them in, was absolutely unacceptable after having the appointment scheduled for 6 months.



They then had the audacity to tell us to get these shots at several different clinic around town, or go to the county. We did not take the entire day off from work to go hunting around town for shots that were supposed to be already scheduled.



Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend anyone going to this facility. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
