People working there as of 1/13/2015 don't know anything.



Computer errors due to lack of intelligence.



Argues with people not wanting used games.



Stating games are discontinued while they are not.



Unclean store and human beings.



Bad social skills via phone.



Hire someone that knows what they are talking about. and/or has the love for video games.

Not peasants.



If the gamestop employee sees this, Yes it is pointed at you.

Only business I have with this peasant store are my kids needs.

This is a FIVE store shop and deserves five stars... but the MEAN lady I encountered today just docked this place one star. Making it four stars.



They are stocked from the windows to the wall with all the most CURRENT video game content, and their displays are magnificently show cased with state of the art surround sound and impaction flat screens ect. and the Employees are AMAZING.



But the manager, (I think she was a manager,) some miserable, negative woman, totally ruined my day with her quick-to-snap-at-me impatient persona. I left feeling bullied out of the store, leaving without the product she COULD have helped me obtain, but was too impatient to hear me explain. She snapped at me, several times, I felt that fight or flight feeling, and was like, "Woa, why are you being mean when I'm being nice?" She made it very clear that I was annoying her somehow. I understand life sucks at times, and that it's hard to always leave our issues at the door, but is it so hard not to be mean?



In this economy, there are so many NICE, deserving, friendly people who could be hired instead of her. Jobs are hard to come by, so why hire the person who will hate their job and be a jerk to the valuable customers? dear GameStop, fire the mean lady and promote one of the cheerful cashiers you've already got working there.
