I would not trust inter city to clip my toenails! They move at a snails pace while ordering parts knowing full well you are paying daily out of pocket for a rental car..they simply do not care. While popping peanuts in his mouth Keith just said they wanted to make sure they got paid...interesting because after having my vehicle for 18 days and charging my insurance $4,400 I got my vehicle back last Fri. with a broken steering arm and multiple other mechanical issues caused by the wreck on Sept 5 which my mechanic stressed made the vehicle unsafe to drive. I made it clear that I was a foster parent and needed my 8 passenger vehicle quickly repaired . Again they did not care quite the contrary..they sent me home in a vehicle the mechanic dubbed a "time bomb" and so now they are paying for a rental car and refuse the extra $14.95 for insurance...this place can't even be a joke because jokes are meant to be funny ���� I'd give them a minus 10 rating but you have to chose at least 1 BEWARE
