I went into Lane Chiropractic for a urinalysis on 12/14/2016 and was met by a very unpleasant receptionist that didn't greet me, and snatched my photo I.D from my hand. I wasn't impressed but I remained polite and waited patiently to be called back to fill the cup. After I took care of business in the lavatory this employee straight up accused me of filling the cup with water which would be impossible since I was already checked to ensure I was hiding anything to tamper with the urine sample. The toilet bowl is also is mixed with a cleaning solution to turn the water blue and there is no sink in the bathroom. I'm not sure how this woman came to this conclusion but I suppose she woke up on the wrong side of the bed doesn't care to show any professionalism. It honestly would have been all forgiven and forgotten if she didn't proceed to comment on my shaky hands. Telling me that I looked "guilty." I wished her a pleasant day and left the building. This employee is a very poor reflection on the company and took me by surprise for I did not encounter this person when I was visiting for a previous drug test. My only regret is that I did not ask for her name so I could post it in this review.

Shawna Welks the receptionist is the very worst. She is rude and uncaring with zero customer service skills or care abilities. Make people with back troubles get up and down and then admonish them if they are not fast enough. Move slow on drug screens and never smiles. Mean lady warning for this place. My visit was 8-2016

I never met Dr.Lane, so please do not let this review reflect her actual service. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Shawna, was terribly rude. She was aggressive and practically yelled at me for being bladder shy, which anyone who is, knows it is embarrassing enough on it's own. She also complained loudly in front of me to her co-worker that she hasn't been able to get anything done because she had someone (me) follow her through the door the second she got back from lunch. Yes, I had been waiting for her to get back since the sign on the door said 1:30 (she was late fyi) I didn't think that was something I should feel bad for but I did after she rudely announced she had an issue with that. Then she was loudly complaining about a man on the phone, it all seemed very unprofessional. I'm very upset about my experience with her. If I didn't need to take the test there in order to get this job, I would have walked right out.
