They outlawed smoking on the property even in your own apartment. Even if you've smoked for the last 50 years.



Their water system leaks and seemingly cannot be fixed by Earls.



they told one of my clients that he needed a new refrigerator but put none in.



One of my wheelchair clients cannot get a new carpet. she has been there over 5 years. they tell me she is responsible. even though they should have put her in a wheelchair accessible apartment. there are wear holes in the carpet.



they removed the safety call chains in the apartments even for the disabled. no stars for this property management team
