I would look for someone else who can use a phone. The last few years with my Parents passing we have not used the Cabin as often, and not used as much gas. In the last year or so I got a call and was told they would like to pull the tank. I spoke with a lady and she said if I paid double the tank rent it was no problem I could keep the tank. I still have my hands full dealing with issues around my Parents estate so it seemed like a fair enough trade off. I did call down and spoke with the same lady I spoke with today last fall and asked for a delivery, she told me it would benefit me if I waited until Spring, about the first of that year I sent a note in with my bill said I was low on Gas, they never came out. Today I find out that they went up and pulled my tank, went through a closed gate and pulled the tank. When I called I spoke with the same lady as I normally do, I said you could have called me? She says no, we sent a letter on June 1st, but you could not call me? You have my phone number? No we just sent a letter..... She has the my note in her file asking for more fuel, letting them know it was low. I pointed out they went through a closed gate, "oh if you look at your lease we can do that", you know the lease is in my fathers name who has past and you went through my gate as the property is now in my name.....

Truth is it all could have been avoided with a phone call. I was wanting more fuel, and I was willing( and have been) to pay the higher rental. But for her just a letter (one I never got) was good enough. I guess I would say "Hey Tri R Gas, Try Using the Phone".

I wont be using them again, I have no missed calls from them, its just a sign of the times, nobody wants to have to communicate and they did not.

We have been customers since 1983 and they have always been professional, friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. Their price for gas is based on what they pay and we have never felt gouged or cheated. Thank you Tri-R-Gas

I LOVE LOVE this Company.

They have the best service by far and the best pricing.

I also had a problem converting a stove from natural gas to propane.

I had waited over a year for parts.

They fixed it for me and now I can finally start my business.

This company is terrible. I moved into a rental home and unfortunately was suggested this company for my propane service. For the reasons listed below I am going to suggest to the rental company that they no longer suggest that their tenants call this place! First of all, they denied me service. Not because of my credit, they collected no information from me other than my address and first name. The phone operator was very nice, but I felt bad for her. After offering me an appointment on Monday 11/05/15 to have my propane "set" and "inspected"; she proceeded to inform me that she had to "speak with management" before she could schedule an appointment.. (strange) She then said that she had to confirm with management rather or not they intended to service my address again??????? ( I am a tenant not the owner, and I'm new to the area). Prior to all of this she also said "we do not accept checks due to problems in your area." Rather offensive if you ask me however, she was polite and I don't blame her. So she said she would call me back after her chat with "management". I thought OK it must be routine. So then about an hour later she called back to inform me that management would not service my address. I asked why and she said because "the owners do not keep a close enough eye on the tenants". WHAT?!?!?!? I don't think i need a baby sitter to pay my gas bill. This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had with any utility company. Not even bad just weird! I would never run a business like this. I don't think anyone would. At least management could have called me back instead of having their employee do their dirty work. The poor girl had to tell the husband of 8 and a half month pregnant woman that we can't have hot water because our landlord doesn't watch us! WOW Keep in mind that they collected NO information from me nor have they ever met me, so there is no way they could have declined us due to credit or any other utility issues. I guess this gas company doesn't like money... I don't know maybe just lazy. Good luck.

Have the BEST prices by far, and the customer service is AWESOME. They are available 24/7 if necessary. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We have known the family that runs the business for over 40 years, My parents use them and when we bought our property they were an easy choice for propane, they are proactive, deal with our gate code, fill our BBQ bottles quickly and are always so pleasant to deal with at the counter, they even came in and helped fine tune the new range we bought so we would not have any CO issues. Thanks Tri R :)

THIS COMPANY IS BAD BAD BAD!!!!!! AFTER SERVICING OUR PROPANE FOR 5 YEARS THEY DECIDE TO MAKE UP ALLEGATIONS AND DENY SERVICING FOR A TENANT..THEY LIE.. THIS IS COMPANY YOU SHOULD PASS BY... THEY HAVE NO PROOF THEY JUST MAKE UP WHAT THEY WANT TO... PASS THEM BY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS NOT ONLY RUDE BUT NEEDS TO BE RELIEVED OF HER JOB.PASS THEM BY!! I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT IT MADE ME GIVE THEM A RATING. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE TREATMENT OF A NEW CUSTOMER...

Horrible prices

This company is horrible with their prices. Between a $450 deposit and high monthly prices, I don't ever again want to use propane.

Just called around for prices ...

Just called around for prices and they have everyone beat. The office help was very helpful and polite, I could not ask for more. I have dealt with this company years ago when they supplied gas to my restaurant and they were wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.
