I love the center and the employees except for one employee ( Alyssa Rivera) watch her, she may try and sleep with your husband/ boyfriend. I know it takes 2 but she went to a level of crazy! Not going to get into every detail but here are some examples. She lied about being pregnant with my fiance's child, than lied about her having a miscarriage. I caught her at my house twice, she has a app on her phone for fake numbers so she could still call my fiancé because he blocked her after we decided to work on things. Jan of this year I pulled my son out of the daycare because I could not stand to look at her anymore. she messaged my fiancé the day her fiancé went back over seas... I guess she got mad that I told him what she did so the next day she used a fake number to contact my fiance and act like a guy, saying I am messing around with guys I used to work with at my old job, and that my child wasn't my fiances it was a guys I worked with. ( she had the nerve to bring up my child after I miscarried) she made fake Facebook account of me with fake messages of me talking to another guy. I mean who has time to do that!? That's right a 19 year old girl! So it got to the point to where I went to her house because I was fed up. Of course she denied everything, but funny how nothing has happened since Jan when I showed up to her house. Besides her I love everyone else and the center. I do plan on putting my son back in just over the summer. He will not attend during the school year anymore.

This place is awful. The infant room is amazing but after that it is awful. After a year pull your kid out. I've seen teachers yank a kid out of class and pull on his arm and screamed at them. The owner sucks and tried to tell me I missed a payment but I always paid a week ahead. Then when I confronted them and showed them proof they just yanked the statements out of my and and said"whatever... we'all look at it." Like I said the infant room is amazing but other than that it's not worth it. They make fun of your kids and ridicule you behind your back in front of your kid. They can't even keep track of your child after the age of one. Don't go here.

Employees are related to the owner, Allison, who keeps the place very dirty, lots of swearing in front of kids, some of the teachers seen at parties by my oldest son , doing drugs.. Had to take my child out after that

I do not agree with most of these comments. I've have my child in this center for years and through new ownership. And I can honestly say that Allison and mark (owners) have revamped the whole center and made it so much better! My child loves it there he even wants to go there on the weekends!! The staff is always smiling and friendly!! If you want a place to take ur children and know they are safe and well taken care of this is the place!! Not only are they my childcare provider but are a second family to us!!!

This place is so horrible. I have seen teachers physically and verbally abuse the children here. If your child's teacher is Rachel, you would be better off just leaving him or her alone at home while you go to work. She is foul mouthed and bullies the children. The owner (Allison) and most of the teachers are highly unprofessional and have no idea how to interact with children. The older children run around unsupervised in the cafeteria doing whatever they please. Everyday when I picked my toddler up she was miserable and filthy. I hope this review will prevent someone from having the same awful experience that we did.

There is a young women who works here and the kids love her. She is amazing with the kids.

I had my child at the daycare and the staff was not at all professional and didnt seem to care at all about the children and more about personal things.

I do not agree with the previous rating. I have had my children in the Punkin Patch for new, and old ownership. The staff is more than qualified to take care of children. IF YOU WERE TO GO THERE AND READ THE PARENT PACKET, YOU WOULD KNOW THAT! When you sign up for the Punkin Patch, you are given the packet about their child care facility. In it, it states that the employees are trained and equipt to deal with children. There are certifications hanging on the walls, and in the office. I have witnessed on several occasions, the staff taking time to care and love the children. I have seen physical changes in the center as well. The place has been cleaned and completely re-done. I do not know the owner personally, but she is always there to answer my questions, or help take care of my concerns. I appreciate their open door policy with parents, because with children, it should always be up to the parents. I feel comfortable leaving my two children in the care of the Punkin Patch while I work because they come home happy, cared for, and ready to go back the next day. I would reccommend this child care facility to anyone who wants great care, and peice of mind about their child's saftey, education, and overall well being.
