Friendly and accommodating. Many times I ask for an order to be made differently then the menu states and they have always accommodated me, unless it is something they do not have. Food is hot and tasty. Pizza is good but took me awhile to get use to the sweeter tasting sauce. Do wish they would offer another sauce that is not sweet, other then just the ranch sauce. I really enjoy their California Cheese Steak sub and Baked Ziti (which I get them to add meat to it).

Don't and I say Don't ever order anything from this establishment. If you spoke Chinese they would probably get your order correct. People answering phones have no clue. Gave this place several tries and X'd it off our menu....Better to go to McDonald's, at least they understand English.....

The Red Lion Roma's has the same price and pizza as the one in Dallastown, but with more of a friendly feeling.

I'm not a huge fan of Roma's pizza because of their sweet sauce, but if ever I have the option to choose one, I'd go for the one in Red Lion. Better service and a fancier and friendlier place.

The first couple visits to Roma's on lombard road were decent. The food was decent and substantial. Upon the third visit we picked up two pizzas and brought them to our house for dinner. We found two different hairs ( one in each of the pies) when we called they said to bring the pizzas back and we would be refunded. When we returned the manager did not apologize, refund or attempt to make better on a horrible situation. I personally have worked in the food service industry for 15 years, and I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism, uncleanliness or lack of concern for the customer. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone. food is dirty, and staff is very unprofessional and careless
