I was looking for a particular pastry item, so I asked the nearest employee. This happened to be a manager that was stocking shelves (I love the true leadership going on there!). They were out of the item I wanted, so he went back to the bakery and pulled one out, not only that but he gave it to me for free, plus another pastry to try. Excellent customer service and leadership

Bad cashiers and bakery

First of all lets start with all the bakery items come in frozen. Eww. They are in boxes in a VERY DIRTY freezer. They leave the boxes hang open and it's very gross. Nothing is home made like they say. Even the cakes come in frozen. The manager heather should be called the only care about selfager she is so RUDE and no one wants to work there. It is very dirty and gross. The place never gets cleaned because you only have 4 hours to do everything. If you don't get it done u get yelled at. The best part is they don't wear gloves until 6 am and they start at 4. They don't watch their hands when first arrive. They eat and drink when told not to. Also you are intitled to a 10 min break by law but the bakery staff is told that you can not. On to the cashiers they are extremely under trained and very slow. If you see someone named Gretchen working do not go through her line she loses your money by dropping it and is slow. You still need to pay for the money she lost. She is RUDE. I will never go back to this store.

Bad Experience

The pharmacy did not have enough to fill my son's entire prescription, so they gave me half and told me I could pick the rest up when they got the pills in. They billed my insurance for the whole prescription, but when I went back in a week to get the rest, they LIED and said they gave me the full prescription. Because I signed for them to bill the insurance, I was also signing that I received the prescription. There was nothing I could do. I would beware, and make sure you don't accept partial prescription from them.
