Tammy at Blue Sky is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I have been in the legal sector for years, as well as management and have never encountered anyone as rude as Tammy. She takes advantage of innocent people's unfortunate situations. Due to the government shutting down and snow on the roads and needing snow tires (which I didn't have) I was told that I would not be refunded my money. I live 2,000 miles away and 6 months pregnant; I can't just jump in my vehicle and come back another time. She also proceeded to tell me how I should and should not have planned my vacation and told me it was stupid that I had planned my vacation around Yellowstone and actually tried to raise her voice to me. I would NEVER, EVER recommend these people. She doesn't answer her phone call, she doesn't know the meaning of customer service and she told me she would talk with her husband and call me back, but what a lie; I never heard back from her until I emailed her. She is HORRIBLE. BE WARE before booking with Blue Sky in Red Lodge, Montana.
