Horrible customer service!!! The lady was extremely rude & snoby! Ordered a flower for my grandmother and did not receive it. The lady took it to the carpet shop next door. Come to find out she threw it away. When asked for a refund or store credit she said NO, I CAN NOT DO THAT!! I basically gave petal plus 37 dollars in return for NOTHING!!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AT PETALS PLUS!! Go to the florist in ferris. The lady there is awesome & sympathetic

AWESOME service!!!

I had flowers delivered to my mom and she loved them. I called and got someone on the phone immediately who took my order and was very helpful. The flowers were delivered the same day and to the correct place. (The directions were a little difficult, but she got it right!!) I will buy flowers here again. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!!!
