Horrible at what they do. They leave uncut strips across the lawn and bounce the mower leaving circle cuts all over. They rush and take little pride in the "service" provided. The grass is to long or the lawn is too bumpy. They give excuses as to why they couldn't do a good job. Never communicated the job was under bid and needed to up rate so more time could be given to do a good job. Their representative came to look at the lawn"Tom I think"agreed it looked horrible and offered no resolution. Horrible is as good as it gets with them.
