Why are your fuel prices in your stores in St. Pauls, NC so much higher than your stores in Lumberton, NC.? Isn't your cost for the fuel the same? You always hear that convenient stores profit very little on their gas sales. Your stores must be an exception.

Years ago a Company could conduct bad business and get away with it.

But in today's fast world, words spread faster then ever. Now in today's

world, we the people, have a faster and bigger voice.

So, if I were your advertising company the following ad would read:



" Call us so we can serve us better and don't forget to boycott because we don't

mind you taking your business to one of the many oil companys in our area. !! "



Don't worry about any charge for this ad because word of mouth is

the best advertisement and I enjoy talking. This one is free.

If you are looking for a friendly oil co. to provied your home with gas then the Red Springs fuel Oil Company is not the one for you! My family , honestly has used this co. for many years and has put up with alot from them for many reasons. Their last act, however was one we just could not over look! You get service from a company for so long, expecily in such a small town, you know what is and what is not expectided from the customer and the provider. This is the type of relationship we had with red Springs Fuel oil. I don't know if the owner, Lewis Mcfayden is as blind to what goes on in the office as I think, but I doubt it. The problem with this co. besides the lack of leadership from the owner is the women Betty that he has running the office. Looking past the fact that Lewis has a 98 year old looking women, who always has on the outfits of a cheap you know what, representing the co. when you visit their office. This women is mean, dishonest and rude to everyone that walks through the door. This is a place of bussiness, sorry betty that you may have to come down off your pedestal and talk to us common people once and a while. She one day decideds, not the owner, that she did not like the payment relationship we had with the co. and changed it on us with no warning of anykind making us unable to pay for the gas that we needed. This is a small town and sometimes you have to put up with the small things, but I am telling anyone who is considering the use of the red springs fuel oil co as their service provider, do not use this co. they are untrustworthy and only out to make their pockets fatter, not the quailty and service you expect from a company like this. I should have seen the warning signs when betty, the over glorified secretary was able to go out and buy a brand new jaguar on the sole income of a secretary? Does that seem right to you? You do the math! I am now with the fuel oil provider out of Raeford and they have had no problems working with me and my family.
