Awesome place to have your nails done!!

Im ultra picky, and have never had a bad experience in 4 years. As a nurse I keep my nails short and get the gel enhancements . My hands have never been sensitive afterwards but know it can happen if your natural nails are very thin.

Communication has not been a problem and I have had my nails done by everyone there many times. Everyone has a working knowledge of English, not maybe perfect but they try very hard. The best part of their business is they are CLEAN! This is most important to me, everything is sanitized. The review that did not like the customer service must have been there on a REALLY off day as I have never experienced that in the hundreds of times I have been there.

I have been to Impress nails 3 times for a full set of acrylics. I would not reccomend them. Although my nails them self looked good, it was a bad experience. Last time I was there I asked the lady 3 times to make them shorter and she did not I had to get someone else to do it. I had asked another question as well and straight up was ignored. I dont know if its do to bad english or just horrible customer service!!!Everytime I have went there my nails have hurt SO bad the next day it was hard to do anything, which I have never had anywhere else. I would reccomend Angel Nails in Red Wing, had a great set done there!!!
