Chef Keith is amazing! Catering's best in all of Redding, CA. I love the Hawaiian influence on the menu. Best of all is the concern for fresh and organic foods. A proud supporter of the local farmers market. Burgers are out of this world, but the veggie burger is truly a chef specialty. Truly the north-states best kept secret and is now sharing his time and talent by teaching classes as Shasta Community College in culinary arts.

808 is a great little restaurant that offers some wonderful food choices. Authentic Hawaiian food (which is hard to find), Burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, all with fresh ingredients and great sauces and dressings. The daily lunch specials are always unique and the prices are amazingly reasonable. There really isn't anything on the menu I don't like, it's all great. I recommend it to all my friends!
