I recently signed up with Authority Property Management, and the onboarding experience has been nothing short of excellent. The process was super smooth, with no issues at all. I had the pleasure of meeting with Joline and Aaron, and their professionalism really stood out. So far, everything is going great with Authority Property Management, and I’m excited to continue working with them. Highly recommend!

I have used Authority Property Management a number of times. They have helped me lease up a handful of both apartments and commercial space. Always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing property management services.

Relocating from 3 hours away it was imparative to have a company that was consistent and knowledgeable. The pictures and information on their website helped us to see the homes without being able to see them in person. Having small children; schools, safety and location were KEY. After a few homes that we decided on I talked with one of the ladies in the office who directed me in the direction of the home we are currently living in!! WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER. I’m moving into the home we noticed some things that needed attention. When we called they handled it. We also wanted to do some painting. We asked and we got approval. Great company! Knowledgeable staff and quality homes!

They found the perfect home for me and I was able to get keys the same day. I needed a place fast and they rushed everything to help me. Thank You! Will use again in the future and will recommend them to people I know.

They did a great job helping us get into a home we wanted. We moved across the country so extra care was needed for us and we were taken care of.

We had a great experience with this company. They showed the homes to us personally. The two other companies we dealt with had us picking up keys and giving deposits. What a hassle. The process for applying was super easy. We will recommend them to others we know.

We scheduled a showing the day before to see two houses. We arrived and they never showed up. Some other people were there also to see the house at the same time as we were and they called Authority Property and were told they didn't have anyone going out to that property that day. We drove over an hour to see the houses and the realtor didn't even show up. I talked to someone in person on the phone and she said she had it scheduled. Not happy about waiting in the hot sun for someone to arrive.

Huge thank you to Aaron & Joline for helping us with our move. They not only helped us find a rental but also, helped us rent out our home. Joline took such great care of us. Helping us each step of the way. We thank you both for the great service.
