Provided by YP.comI showed the manicurist a picture of what I wanted and she said "ok". She starts my nails and then said "I will be back". When she came back she told me we can't do those flowers they are to hard. I said ok "what kind of flowers can you do? She stated "five dots". I would have choose another color had she said something in the beginning instead of halfway through. They were very unprofessional and I was so disappointed 3/14/16

Provided by YP.comI have to agree with the previous review in whole. I feel exactly the same way. I tried to post a long note but it said I used profanity which I didn't and i couldn't figure out what word was bad so I ditto previous review. I just made my first visit after being referred by a friend. i am not happy with my nails at all. I asked for them shorter and he did shorten a bit but they are still too long and I can't function. Typing this is very hard and I am getting more upset, just trying to type this review. i type all day at my job and this is not going to work for me. I wanted to try shellac as it was recommended to me but them Tim talked me out of it as he said that my nails were too short, so I got acrylic After I got my nails done i looked at another girls nails who had gotten shellac and her nails were as short if not shorter than mine and was the look I wanted, more natural. I regret getting these nails and hate them. I am tempted to go have them removed, but such a waste of money. I feel like crying right now as I am having such a hard time typing this with this long nails. I keep having to go back and fix my mistakes. I also couldn't type on my iPhone or iPad any more. Also, it didn't seem like they did anything with my cuticles. No soak, nothing. He didn't have me wash the powder off my hands before applying polish. So the white part looks dirty already and there are bumps in polish. Worst rushed nail job ever. The worst part is I found out the guy I use to use at Perfect Nails moved to Texas. Too busy and rushed in there. Only reason for second star is I didn't mind my pedicure though foot beds looked old, cracked and not so clean. Waste of hard earned money.

Provided by YP.comI had an appointment scheduled at 1 p.m. and wasn't seated in front of a manicurist for about 40 minutes, which was fine because luckily I got off early from work, but they do take walk-ins and it does affect people with appointments.
You can hardly understand what they are saying because they are Asian and have thick accents. I'm not saying this to be racist or mean, just that my nails ended up longer than I wanted and were not what I was really hoping for, especially after sitting there for 40 minutes waiting.
In total it took 30 minutes to do my nails. They rushed me out of my chair to the nail dryer and then had another manicurist put polish on my nails. Instead of doing just the tips, like I had asked, she painted the entire nail and did it so fast that after the top coat dried there were little bumps on about half of my nails were the polish wasn't smoothed over by the brush.
I had a full set put on, so this little "adventure" cost me $35 plus the $5 tip they didn't really deserve, but I paid anyway. The one thing I can say about Bella Nails is that they are fast, but it shows and for the money I spent, I expected my nails to look nicer. I almost feel that for the money I could have done a better job.
There are little lines forming were the gel is breaking on some of my finger nails at the top of the nail going down. I'm a journalist, so I type on a keyboard and write on notepads, but I don't do anything that should cause the gel to start breaking. Also after one week I broke one of the nails clean off my right hand opening my car door. I've had my nails done for years and have NEVER had a nail break off opening a car. I will not be back, I'm going to look up my former manicurist from A Perfect Ten and see if she can take me in and either take off the nails or fix them.
