I had an issue with this company but they resolved the problem quickly and appropriately, and I stand behind their customer service care.

We've used Carter Electric for over 5 years. They've done new installation work as well as repairs. Every job they've done has been 100% professional, timely, and done with a pleasant attitude.



I highly recommend Carter Electric for all of your electrical needs large and small.

We are so glad we found this business. We own property in Redding and live out of town. Unfortunately, we have had people take advantage of this and over charge. Carter Electric replaced the backboard for our main service panel. It was a problematic repair because the old one had broken free leaving the panel hanging on the conduits attaches to it. Their work was fast and neat, leaving us with an installation that will last for many years. The crew is courteous, does excellent work, keeps outages to a minimum and cleans up after themselves. Highly recommended.

We have used Carter Electric for two small residential jobs in the past month. On both projects Tony was prompt, professional, courteous, and very fairly priced. The quality of his work was excellent and we are totally pleased with the outcome.
