Slow & inefficient service

Don't bother calling because they'll put you on hold forever. Be prepared to wait a very long time for your prescription. If they have to contact your doctor for authorization, it can take up to a week to get your refill, and in my case, they lost the authorization my doctor's office sent. Twice. When bringing my concerns to the attention of the supervising pharmacist, he was unapologetic. I'm transferring my prescriptions elsewhere!!
