I took our Giant Schnauzer to Kimberly's today for the 3rd time, it was ERIKA who had been grooming our dog. Today when I dropped off our dog, the agreement was "Just like Before!" When I picked up our dog she was charging me $200 !!! The first time we brought our dog she charged I think 110 which my husband gave tip of $20, the second time because I asked to do the nails she charged $125 plus I gave tip but I can't remember how much. This 3rd time she was charging $200 and said our dog was punching her and to find a male groomer for him, then she said "I could take $160!" I did give it and turned my back and will never bring back our dog again! What do you call this kind of business practice? The first time she did a great job grooming, second was OK, this time the cut was very uneven.
