The owner, Chris responds quickly when the pool has problems which it does often - due to pollen as I understand it.

Our pool has been clean, clear and balanced since Perfect Pool & Spa has been taking care of it. We are very satisfied with their consistent service.

I called this company out of the blue from searching online. Chris was so quick to call me back and everything he told me he did it and quickly! My spa had been down almost 5 years and he got it up and back in great shape in just 2 visits. I found his prices to be very affordable. I am very happy with his customer service at this time. Perfect Pool is a great service company, from Chris to Mike and the other guys. They are reliable, knowledgeable and fast acting. To me they are the 'Pool Whisperers!' They keep the water clean and clear and the upkeep on the hardware is great and very reasonably priced!

I had this company come out to see if they could get my pool clean and they did that and more. I met Chris the owner first and he was very honest with me about what my pool needed and how long it would take. He went over my equipment with me to see what needed to be cleaned or may need a minor repair. He was the only to show me instead of just tell me. I don't know much about pools but the others would tell me all these things and it made me feel uneasy handing them money for something I don't understand. I met Michael my pool guy next and I always get a little tense with people I don't know on my property. Michael eased that tension fast and now he's part of the family. He tells me the best places to get different chemicals that are a great product but for a fair price. He has chemicals on his truck but it's nice to save a little money as well. He told me about a new pump that is energy friendly that will pay itself off in a year using the money I save on my energy bill. I saved $75 my first month with this pump, it really works. I've had a lot of pool companies in Redding, this is the first time I have felt happy and worry free while I've had a pool.

Perfect Pools was sent out to do warranty work. Chris stated that he couldn't get the work covered, and that we needed to replace a motor/pump that we had just put in 9 months prior because it was installed incorrectly. He quoted $350 after the utility rebate. After he did the work he told us that the rebate was not possible because only one is allowed every three years. He knew we had used that rebate the prior year. He sent a bill for $1025, and he was paid by the warranty co. $350 already. Even though it was his mistake, and he had told us we would only be "out $350 bucks for a new system",he refused to budge on the bill. Come to find out that the original motor was under factory warranty and he could have traded it out for free. Chris will do what makes him the most money. Unethical .
