My husband and I are not members of this clinic. I brought him in because it was after hours for our regular doctor, and his bronchitis had worsened into pneumonia. They were fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you for your professional service.

My husband & I are members of this clinic. We've actually had more occasions to see a doctor this past year than other years. They have been terrific! Super friendly staff & clean facility. We've gone with & without appointments & have been very pleased. We'd highly recommend them as a fabulous place who refers to specialists when needed. Their referrals are quickly acted upon by the specialists too. We've been pleased enough to extend a 6 month membership by renewing again but this time for an additional year!

I brought my infant daughter into this clinic not knowing it was a members only clinic. Instead of explaining things to me, the RUDE receptionist answered 2 TWO phone calls totaling about 5 minutes of me waiting at the desk while she helped the people on the phone, completely IGNORING me and my crying sick baby. I finally walked out. She didn't even ask if I wanted to join the group. My 2 month old baby might have bronchitis and this "health care" receptionist ignored her. I would NOT recommend joining this clinic unless you prefer the exclusivity of rudeness and lack of concern.

I was very happy with Trish. She's a P.A and really knows her stuff!

This is the worst place I have ever been Do not go there. I was exteremly ill and went to Sunset Urgent. From the moment I stepped in it was misreable. The RED HAIRED WOMAN IS MEAN & RUDE. They are super expensive. I had to pay $50.00 upfront and still owed $25.00, that is after what my insurance paid. AND all they did was take my vitals, urine, AND send me to the E.R. Save yourself the expense and go somewhere else!!!!

After treating my 6yrs daughter about 4 days earlier for severe stomach pains, I return back but had forgotten her insurance card in the rush to get her back down to them- we had the policy numbers and phone number, and they refused to treat her...



We are talking about a 6yrs old girl in pain...



Disgusting- The receptionist a Elder Red haired woman , was rude, arrogant . Her comment - thats our policy... disgusting



I am totally amazed the refused to help a 6yrs old girl in pain
