The best place to get your meat in Redding! Always top quality and excellent service. I get everything from ground meat to rabbit to elk!

I have to say this is the best place in the county to shop for your poultry and meats. The old time atmosphere of the long ago butcher shops I remember as a child shouts at you with the first step through the door. The quality of meat is the freshest, and leanest meat you can't seem to find in the chain grocery stores. Its nice to point and pick each purchase and then have it wrapped in freezer paper, labeled and handed over with a smile. Where else can you get excellant ground beef, ground fresh daily???? To top that off, what ever you happen to order is packaged in any increments you wish. Each chop wrapped individually to half pound packages of ground beef when you actually ordered 10 lbs. The service is the best in town, as is everything in their butcher shop. Try them out.
