If I could rate zero stars I would. I waited a total of 5 hours to be seen for a 5 minute physical. The employees were rude. The service was unacceptable. I would never recommend this place. I was sent here by my employer, the State of California, and I was paid to be here waiting. I will let my employer know that sending employees here is inefficient and a disgusting waste of tax payers dollars. What a terrible experience.

I was sent here by my employer for a physical and TB test. I was in the waiting room for 1 hour before being called back, where i sat in that room for another hour and a half before anyone even checked on me. The service was terrible, the employees were rude, and the doctor basically called me an alcoholic because i said i have a couple drinks a week. If i could rate 0 stars i would.

When ROMC was formed from REOH, I was hoping for better care, and more communication. Well, please, please, do not take yourself, or anyone you love, to ROMC! They screw up treatments, medications, and are even extremely negligent and un professional. When you plead to ask for care, it is shrugged off, as if you don't matter! Following protocol with sending you to actual qualified doctors for care is not a normal practice with ROMC. With 12 different issues with extremely dangerous withdrawal from medications like Cymbalta, caused by forgetting to call in refills! Instead of rectifying the problem , doctors write orders, for you to enter the emergency room, and enter a detox center to rid body of NSAID's and cymbalta used for nerve pain, instead of admitting incompetence. Please do not put your life in danger!!

This has been the worst experience of my life. The receptionists are very rude and the doctors absolutely don't care they talk to you like your a liar and when you talk they look at you like you don't know what your talking about. Whatever happened doctor patient team work? This place sucks.

I have had nothing but good experiences at ROM both from the receptionist right straight through to the assistants and the Doctor. In fact I think Dr. Kukuchi is great...

I was shocked at how unpleasant the staff was from the receptionist all through the back office. From being totally un-acknowledged to having eyes rolled at me. I would not go here again if I could help it!
