Got my 2012 Outback repaired here (oil leak, luckily I didn't damage my engine) in the middle of a road trip up the west coast. The shop is unfortunately closed on the weekends, and there was a crazy looking dude screaming at us that we were brought to Redding by God and he would be happy to wash my car after the mechanic repaired it on Monday. He also recommended that we not leave any valuables in the vehicle, and we took his advice. I liked him, but I never saw him on Monday.



Getting the car fixed was fairly uneventful, but they didn't notify me when it was finished. I had to call them to find out!



All the employees were helpful and friendly, like good little service and sales industry workers. I caught one of the salesmen napping in a display car, and asked him about which models were best for sleeping in. For napping and sleeping overnight, he recommended the Outback, and we discussed some of the features on my 2012.



I'd rate the dealership highly for it's staff and service, but poorly on their hours if you're in a hurry.
