We called Redding Technology Partners in a pinch, and they came that afternoon to solve our problems. I can't say enough about the professionalism, follow-up and thoroughness of the staff. They were very quick to respond, and very helpful in showing us how to avoid the network down-time we suffered. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. I especially like the remote support - over the web - that they offer. We've since signed them up for regular site visits to ensure that we have all the updates to keep things running smoothly.
