PATRICK WAS MY DRIVER, RIGHT ON TIME VERY POLITE, VERY CLEAN CAR, FAIR PRICE. IT'S ALWAYS NICE TO HAVE A CAB DRIVER LIKE PATRICK

How about this? They picked my 23 year old daughter and friend up from a local bar. They asked the driver if he takes a credit card, he said yes. When they arrived at the destination, my daughter hands the driver her card, he refuses to accept it? Thinking it was not a card he took, her friend offered up another credit card, again he refused? The driver told them he will only take cash. When my daughter asked why he said he would take a credit card, the driver said, that's before I saw you two had cash on you.



Are you kidding me? He made them pay with the little cash they had on them. They were ten dollars short and he accepted a check for the balance. That was pure extortion and the worst business practices I have ever heard of. Not to mention I might help her file a civil complaint against this company.



They seem to not want to answer any phone call at the local office, hmmmm I wonder why?

Called for a cab, wasn't told of a delay or anything. Half hour later had to call back because we were still standing around waiting...- "They'll be there in about 10 mins" I was told. Fifteen minutes later, I was on the phone with ABC Cab, and about 5 minutes after that, I was in the cab and on the way to my destination. Thanks for nothing, Yellow Cab!
