I would not recommend RCC contractors. They came in as lowest bid so we elected to go with them. Our bid went from $8,000 to over $50,000 due to code upgrades on a simple deck. I had already paid them a $2000 deposit so my insurance said they would work to get this bid down....it was a nightmare! Then when we were to get our final they refused to put a handrail down the stairs which they stated was not part of their contract so we had to do this ourselves. They threw concrete piers they dug up from the old deck into my berry brier patch instead of taking them away....did come back and get them. They left the job undone and my husband who is a contractor had to complete it.
