When you deal with any dealership, independent or otherwise, you expect the dealer to know or at least have the specs on the vehicles, the titles, and other information that any potential buyer needs to know. Roger Funk doesn't know nor have any of this information available to the potential buyer to assist in their decision to buy the vehicle they are interested in possibly buying.

These things send up red flags and make you ask if the vehicles are stolen. My husband and I won't be buying here.
