Terrible! They wouldn't honor the written quote they gave us. When we asked for an explanation they told us to F off. What kind of business tells their customer to F off?

Great workmanship! I had to wait a bit for the estimate, but it was well worth it. My fence is sturdy and looks beautiful.

Probably the worst customer service, and workers i have ever come in contact with! Yesterday marked 1 month since we paid our deposit, and we still dont have a fence. Between my husband and I, we have now taken off 4 days of work for them not to show, or to do 20-30 minutes of work and leave. On 2 different occasions the contractor ( an older gentleman) was over an hour late and then the first thing out of his mouth was " Im really tired ma'am, i dont think i will get much done today!" We have spoken to the owner about our frustrations several times and he insures us that someone new will be out the next day, but continues to send us the same guy who clearly cant get the job done. We asked for a price break to make the situation right, and after agreeing, he comes back and gives us $65 off of the price... and this is just a glimpse of all the hassle. I cannot stress my frustration enough. I would recommend that you run, not walk the the opposite direction of this company, and don't look back.

Awesome price.... but most off great customer service. Jeff and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly.

I had to get pool fence and chose this company. I do not regret it. I am very please with the work they done.

This company has horrible customer service. I called to schedule an estimate and I was told they would come at 4:30 the following Wednesday. Received a call on that Wednesday they were suppose to come and the customer service lady said the appointment was at 2 pm. I tried to change the appointment. However I was told this was their only day they could come. I tried to get home to meet the contractor however he came and estimated my whole yard and did not leave the estimates. I had to call the office and I was told I wasn't home at my appointment time. Well of course not because the appointment was suppose to b at 4:30 and not 2:00. Bad customer service. Receptionist cannot even make appointments. Don't go through this company unless u want to b screwed on appointment time. The sad thing the management stands by their employees regardless of their mistakes. I reported it to the better business bureau also.

Anchor Fence is the best company I have ever dealt with just the design help alone I received on vinyl was terrific. I had been searching for a certain style and gate that every other fence company I visited said it could not be done. Even got burned by a company that promised they would put it "upright" said that's not what I paid for and just gave me the run around. But when I went to Anchor Fence I spoke with there manager for about 10 minutes explained exactly what I wanted then they walked me to there design machine that creates the styles had it designed in a about 2 minutes witch was surprising to me how advanced and technical there machining was. Then showed me how there gates are made stronger than everything else that's out there. So we talked price and how long it would take, I was completely satisfied not only did I get exactly what I wanted but the price was a lot less expensive then that other company and they were much more friendly and professional had my job completed in about a week from the day I signed. I would recommend Anchor Fence to everyone they are much more advanced and knowledgeable than everyone else I received an estimate from.
