I purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from this business at the end of last year. I am writing a review because of how great they have been to work with. The owner sold the car stating that it had a 3 month warranty. We received the car (which had previously been in a wreck so we knew it wouldn't be 100% perfect) and it drove just as expected. A month or so later when we took it to the shop they said there were a few issues. We called Michael at Infinity Motor Group and he said he was willing to send the parts needed to fix it and was very helpful. Fast forward to last month. It finally got warm enough to start using the A/C and it only was blowing out hot air. Of course when we were sold the car it said the A/C was fine but we never tested it because it was the middle of winter in Kansas City. I called Michael and told him what happened and he said that he would be happy to help pay to get it fixed when it was obviously past his "Warranty" stage, though should have been fixed prior to us purchasing the vehicle. I would definitely work with this group again!

I bought a car on eBay from him based on his information and found out he completely misrepresented it. He claimed minor rear damage and I found out it was declared a total by the insurance company for front end accident. He would only return half my deposit, had to use eBay's buyer protection to get the rest back.
