Judson Center, founded in 1924 and located in Redford, Mich., provides community-based human services and is licensed by the state of Michigan and accredited by the Council on Accreditation of services for children and families. The center offers a variety of services for children, families, and adults suffering from developmental disabilities. It is a nonprofit organization and serves more than 2,000 patients in over six counties every day. Judson Center has a trained team of staff and volunteers and is governed by a board of trustees. The center offers a variety of services, including adoptions, foster and residential care and living in a family environment program. It also offers outpatient mental health/counseling services, prevention services, respite care and programs for adults suffering from disabilities.
