Koolvent never installed the "step rail" and so far, won't return our money!! They don't deliver on service or products.

We bought ours from them in 2009, we had one over our patio, one over a double bedroom window and one over our backdoor for them to make for us. We thought they would be too expensive to get these in Aluminum, but decided to check anyhow. Now I realize this was 4 years ago, but we were pleasantly surprised at how economical it was to go with the Aluminum. Canvas just didn't turn us on. At that time we paid under $2000 for the three of them and could not have been happier, and it was all done promptly so I really feel they deserve the 5 star rating. I just saw my cousin after almost 50 years and she and her husband live out near Marine City, MI and she didn't know where to find someone and I mentioned Koolvent to her, and she asked for their information, so I hope they are able to do it for her even though the distance may be a little great to where she lives.
